Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Dexian is assisting a client with a need in their Accounting and Finance group. This Senior Accountant role is a pivotal role for the company and will help to direct all accounting and finance operations. This role is on-site in Downtown Raleigh.

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, reconciliations and journal entries. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliation and income statement analysis
Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and interpret the results for management
Conduct audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes
Prepare financial reports along with any ad-hoc reporting
Perform cash flow analysis and monitor cash flow projections
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

4+ years' of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Experience working in construction/real estate industries preferred
CPA Preferred
Proficient in Excel
