Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, MFT or ABA.
• One year experience implementing behavioral health treatment.
• Knowledge of autism therapies including ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS and PRT.
• Ability to travel to multiple program service areas and work hybrid in Fairfield, CA.

Responsibilities

• Designs and supervises social skills groups for children with autism.
• Provides direct supervision to Behavior Specialists for groups over four clients.
• Maintains progress notes and necessary billing documentation.
• Communicates policies to families and collaborates with Clinical Directors.
