Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Primary Social Skills Group Facilitator to design and supervise evidence-based social skills programs for children with autism in home, school, or natural settings. The role includes leading groups, coaching Behavior Specialists, and ensuring accurate documentation for billing and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, or MFT with ABA coursework and at least one year of behavioral health group facilitation experience.

Qualifications

• One year experience implementing behavioral health treatment.
• Experience facilitating group sessions for children with autism or related needs.
• Knowledge of ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS and PRT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and supervises social skills groups according to client goals and ages.
• Provides direct supervision and support to behavior specialists.
• Maintains group schedules, billing notes, and attendance records.
• Gathers caregiver signatures and ensures documentation meets payor requirements.
• Stays current on autism research and best practices; attends staff meetings.
