Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Primary Social Skills Group Facilitator at the Fairfield Clinic to design, supervise, and deliver evidence-based social skills programs for children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will supervise Behavior Specialists and ensure quality standards while coordinating group offerings and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or ABA-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health treatment.
• Knowledge of ABA, ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT.
• Ability to travel to multiple program service areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare curriculum for social skill groups tailored to client goals and age.
• Facilitate social skill groups and supervise secondary facilitators.
• Maintain group/session documentation and billing records.
• Educate families on scheduling, policies, and progress.
