Apollo Behavior is seeking a Clinical Director and BCBA to lead our Stockbridge center, overseeing the BCBA team and coordinating operations with the local manager. You will ensure high-quality ABA services, supervise treatment plan implementation, and mentor clinicians to achieve client goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with families, and commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA credential and 3+ years working as a BCBA in-center.
• Strong leadership and clinical supervision abilities are required.
• Ability to mentor and develop other clinicians and staff.
• Experience coordinating with families/caregivers to support client progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center and oversee multiple BCBAs and the Stockbridge Operations Manager.
• Ensure BCBA teams implement treatment plans aligned with best practices and client needs.
• Oversee client onboarding tours for prospective families and coach peers on leadership.
