Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 3+ years in-center BCBA experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to oversee treatment plan implementation and clinical operations.
• Strong collaboration with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center as a BCBA leader, overseeing several BCBAs and the Gainesville and Cumming operations.
• Oversee BCBA team to ensure treatment plan implementation aligns with best practice and client needs.
• Conduct tours with prospective client families and coach BCBAs on clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with caregivers to sustain long-term client progress and outcomes.
• Develop and lead team members while mentoring with the Clinical Excellence team.
