Qualifications

• Journeyman Technician with intermediate skills.
• A&P License and Airframe/Powerplant certificates required.
• FCC General Operator’s License a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel and ensure safe work practices.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to minimize delays and increase production.
• Provide training and assist subordinates with procedures and practices.
• Maintain overhaul manuals, service bulletins, and other technical data.
• Ensure equipment and tools are serviceable and in working condition.
• Manage work records and materials handling during repair processes.
• Lead in certifying readiness per FAA and OEM data.
• Submit work for Quality Assurance and maintain documentation.
