Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Journeyman role requires intermediate skills to perform standard tasks.
• Minimum 5 years in at least one aircraft type.
• Mastery in at least one aircraft discipline (General Maintenance, Structures, Interiors, Avionics).
• Ability to read OEM technical data or work packages; proficient with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel during scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, ensuring FAA compliance and safety.
• Decide when a component should be repaired or replaced.
• Manage task card time and parts acquisition.
• Perform repairs, reworks, and modifications to assemblies as needed.
• Follow FAA-approved procedures and OEM data; coordinate with Project Manager for assistance.
• Perform tests and sign off completed work; ensure airworthiness.
