Job summary

AAR Corp is seeking a supervisor to oversee up to 15 aircraft mechanics in a Florida warehouse environment. The role requires ensuring timely, safe maintenance work and adherence to quality standards while handling diverse rigging tasks and FAA data.

You will coordinate priorities, review workmanship, and liaise with customer representatives to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Must have an A&P license.
• Computer keypunch experience.
• Experience warehousing, inventory handling, and barcode equipment.

Responsibilities

• Establish work priorities and supervise the work of up to 15 mechanics.
• Ensure work performed adheres to high quality standards.
• Able to perform heavy maintenance tasks without supervision.
• Able to perform any type of aircraft rigging.
• Able to use FAA approved data, i.e. IPC, MM, OHM, SRM proficiently.
• Effectively interact with customer representatives.
• All other duties as assigned.
