Job summary

AAR in Miami, FL is seeking a Lead A&P to supervise up to 15 mechanics and lead aircraft maintenance programs. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of aircraft tasks, using FAA data such as IPC, MM, OHM, SRM.

The role requires an active A&P license, at least 1 year related experience, and the ability to perform heavy maintenance and rigging. You will coordinate with customers and defect investigation, and mentor junior technicians in a warehouse-style environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have an A&P License.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience or training.

SUMMARYMonitor and accurately complete all aircraft paperwork to insure safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a minimum of 1 year related experience and or training. Must have an A P License. Computer keypunch experience Previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and bar code equipment.
