Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10 years aviation maintenance experience including 4 years Gulfstream aircraft experience and 4 years aircraft inspection experience.
• A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required.
• Strong computer skills essential for inspections and recordkeeping.
• Read, write and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inspections of aircraft, engines and components to ensure FAA/CAA compliance.
• Direct inspections of repairs and alterations to ensure data conformity and airworthiness.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and inspection requirements during maintenance.
• Maintain accurate, legible records of work performed on aircraft/components.
• Mentor technicians on effective documentation and QA procedures.
• Audit maintenance documentation for accuracy and completion before return to service.
• Communicate with management to identify work assignments and delivery schedules.
