ACF Chefs de Cuisine Association of St. Louis is seeking a talented, motivated sous chef to join our culinary team and lead a high-performing kitchen.

As Sous Chef (à la carte), you will work under the Executive Chef to oversee preparation, production, and service of all à la carte menu items, as well as banquets and special events. Strong leadership and culinary expertise are essential to stepping in during the Executive Chef's absence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and culinary expertise required.
• Ability to manage multiple stations and maintain service excellence.
• Able to step in and manage kitchen in Executive Chef's absence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in preparation, production, and service of all à la carte items.
• Support banquet and special event food preparation.
