McDonald’s franchise restaurant in Hugo, Oklahoma is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and uphold McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

The role involves managing a team of Department Managers, setting and tracking goals, and coaching staff to improve performance. Applicants should have 3 years GM experience and a background in fast food or hospitality, and must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous 3 years General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for future leadership.
