Qualifications

• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, coach, and drive performance.
• Develop and hire Department and Shift Managers to build the future team.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and daily operations support success.
