Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency call requests for police, fire, and EMS.
• Prioritize and dispatch responders and coordinate with agencies and the public.
• Relay information via radio and monitor traffic and updates.
• Maintain CAD records and notify supervisory personnel on critical incidents.
• Provide guidance and training to coworkers as needed.
