GXO Logistics in Omaha, NE is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee the assigned team and area in the warehouse, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time, and to provide coaching to the team. You’ll use our WMS and handheld scanners, and help maintain inventory accuracy and safety.

Requirements include 2 years of warehouse experience, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS systems. Supervisory experience is a plus; first shift is Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm with competitive

2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
1 year of SAP experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities.
Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
Promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
Operate equipment safely and support warehouse management as needed.
Track orders and maintain accurate records; follow 7S standards.
