Testing Site - JPMC in Chicago seeks an experienced Training Lead 3D Designer to lead the creative vision, mentor a team, and deliver high‑quality 3D assets and interactive prototypes for eLearning.

You will oversee end‑to‑end design, modeling, animation, and collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and SMEs to realize learner‑centric solutions. Proficiency in Unity and C# scripting is essential for implementing interactive elements and WebGL delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation.
• Proficiency in Unity.
• Experience with C# and/or visual scripting in Unity.
• Experience developing interactive 3D content for WebGL.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring other designers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D work for educational/training contexts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full 3D eLearning project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Create and review detailed 3D models, environments, and animations.
• Partner with instructional designers to visualize complex concepts.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance and cross‑platform compatibility.
• Integrate 3D content into eLearning tools, with emphasis on Unity.
• Use C# and/or visual scripting to implement interactive elements in Unity.
• Prototype interactive experiences to boost engagement and retention.
• Develop and deploy 3D content via WebGL for browsers.
• Collaborate to maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Establish and maintain best practices for asset creation and versioning.
• Stay current on real‑time 3D trends and workflows.
