Holmes Geospatial is seeking a Construction Project Manager for full-time employment in our Asheville, NC office. You will lead surveying projects from site layout to as-built closeout, manage 3D machine-control models, field control, crews, schedules, and budgets, and serve as the primary contact for contractors and design teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction surveying and project management, proficiency with Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Trimble Business Center, and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction surveying and site layout experience.
• Project management experience including schedules, budgets, and client communication.
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans.
• Proficiency with survey/CAD software such as Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Trimble Business Center.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction surveying projects from site layout through as-built closeout.
• Manage 3D machine control models, field control, and localizations.
• Coordinate daily with general contractors, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Supervise and mentor field crews and drafting/closeout staff.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets.
