Stanley Engineered Fastening LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance professional for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm) in Chesterfield, MI. The role involves disassembling, repairing, and reassembling complex machinery, reading schematics, and leading maintenance teams to ensure uptime.

The position requires 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, a HS diploma or technical certificate, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance requests and instructions.
• Experience with electrical testing and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery using manual and power tools.
• Troubleshoot equipment by reading schematics and using testing equipment.
• Perform building, machinery, and electrical repairs and modifications.
• Maintain work order and maintenance history records.
• Lead and direct other maintenance personnel.
