Job summary
Wakefern Food Corp. is seeking an experienced Transportation Supervisor to lead a dispatch team supporting a 24/7 operation with 100 drivers. You will supervise five dispatchers, conduct performance reviews, and implement efficiency improvements across routes and scheduling.

Qualifications
- Requires leadership experience managing a 24/7 dispatch operation.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and staff development.
- Proficiency with GPS tracking systems and dispatch management software.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of five dispatchers in a 24/7 operation and coordinate 100 drivers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Train and mentor dispatch staff for high-volume operations.
- Monitor real-time dispatch activities and optimize routes for efficiency.
- Schedule driver shifts for employee, owner-operator, and third-party fleets.
- Enforce DOT, HOS and safety compliance in daily operations.
- Review weekly reports and participate in budget processes.
