The Learning Experience – Cascade (Grand Rapids, MI) is hiring an Early Childhood Teacher for our 2-year-old classroom. Pay ranges from $17 to $21 per hour based on experience and credentials. The role is Full-Time, Monday–Friday, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

We seek an energetic, nurturing educator who can guide toddlers through language development, social skills, and self-help abilities while maintaining routines and strong family communication.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills are required.
• Experience with toddlers or 2-year-olds is preferred.
• Lead classroom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom for 2-year-olds.
• Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Create hands-on experiences through art, music, movement, and exploration.
• Support language development, independence, and early social skills.
• Observe development and maintain required documentation.
• Build relationships and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with classroom support teachers and follow licensing requirements.
