Job summary

The Learning Experience - Blue Valley, KS is seeking enthusiastic teachers to join our early education team. You will manage a safe, nurturing classroom and implement our LEAP curriculum to help children learn through play.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of professional teaching experience (or 6 months minimum) and an ECE-related degree. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, and background screening compliance applies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum and use engaging characters to drive the curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s adventures and achievements through various channels.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning coincide.
