Job summary

Potawatomi Training, LLC seeks an on-site 13R AIT Instructor at Ft. Sill, OK to deliver TRADOC-compliant instruction. The role requires classroom delivery and field components, following approved POIs and updating materials as needed.

The instructor must have 5+ years of 13R Fire Control experience, be able to teach to standard, and support curriculum updates while maintaining safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as a 13R Fire Control Specialist MOS within the last ten years.
• Proof of experience required.
• DD Form 214 or equivalent certificates accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to 13R MOS AIT students.
• Follow approved Programs of Instruction for 13R MOS and prepare to teach per lesson plans.
• Modify material to accommodate class needs while following POIs.
• Present classroom and field instruction on equipment capabilities and procedures.
• Administer exams, evaluate results, and advise on student status.
