Job summary

LAUKOA seeks an experienced instructor to deliver resident and mobile JTAC/JFO instruction at Fort Sill, with CAS and observed-fire training for multi-service students. You will operate CFFT and DVTE systems, keep training materials current, and integrate new scenarios aligned with doctrine.

The role requires JTAC/FAC(A) qualifications, extensive simulator experience, and the ability to travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of verifiable JTAC experience.
• Three (3) years of verifiable FAC(A) experience.
• Maintains competence as PTAC instructor with JFO equipment.
• Minimum six months operating the CFFT/DVTE simulators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the COR for review and approval of training sessions.
• Conduct academic and simulator instruction.
• Operate and maintain the CFFT simulators and DVTE systems.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain current POIs and lessons.
• Develop and update training materials and scenarios.
• Deliver CAS and observed-fire training to multi-service students.
• Administer examinations and evaluate test results.
