Job summary

Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. seeks an 170 WOBC/WOAC Instructor to provide instruction and training support for Army courses at Fort Sill, OK.

The role emphasizes teaching, coordination, and adaptive learning strategies to build current and future force capabilities. The position requires graduate-level Army WOBC/WOAC credentials, brigade-level experience, and successful completion of a three-phase instructor certification program.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an approved U.S. Army 170 WOBC or WOAC, or EW course 160 hours or longer (any service).
• Must have 2 years’ experience at the brigade-level (or above).
• Must become instructor certified IAW three phase certification process.

Responsibilities

• Provide course instruction, facilitation, and training support for 170 WOBC, 170 WOAC, 29E EWNC, ALC, SLC and the CCSC ASI 1K course for the EW College located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
• Instructing — Teaching others how to do something.
• Learning Strategies — Selecting and using training methods appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
• Speaking — Convey information effectively.
