Navanti Group, LLC seeks experienced 14G instructors to deliver government-approved instruction for the 14G10 MOS course at Fort Sill, ensuring soldier readiness across AMD C4I and divisional air defense systems.

Qualified candidates graduate of the 14G MOS course with at least five years in the 14G ADA MOS and an active SECRET clearance. This full-time, on-site role requires updating materials promptly and maintaining compliance with TRADOC standards.

Competenze

• Graduate of the 14G MOS qualified course.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the 14G ADA MOS.
• Active SECRET clearance at time of hire.

Mansioni

• Deliver instruction using Government-approved POIs and lesson plans.
• Train students on AMD C4I systems (FAAD, Sentinel Radar, AMDPCS, ADAM Cell).
• Teach Divisional Air Defense systems: FAAD EO, AMDWS, TAIS, ADSI.
• Provide instruction on operational procedures, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and power systems.
• Administer and evaluate tests; provide retraining as needed.
