RUSSELL FISCHER PARTNERSHIP LP in Huntington Beach, CA is hiring for a Car Wash Lead to oversee daily express wash operations, lead the team, and deliver outstanding customer service. If you enjoy outdoor, active work and teamwork, this role offers growth potential and a starting pay of $19.00/hour.

The position is full-time or part-time, in-person work with flexible scheduling and ongoing training. Prior car wash experience is not required, but availability and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening/closing procedures & necessary data entry.
• Maintain daily sales records and cash handling procedures.
• Assist site manager and assistant manager with preventative maintenance, tunnel cleaning and other job related tasks.
• Safely direct customers onto carwash conveyor.
• Ensure that each customer is presented with current membership offers.
• Perform dry down, window cleaning and tire shine application.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling vehicles with extreme care.
• Promptly report any prior or new damage to a customer’s vehicle to management.
• Comply with all Russell Fischer policies and procedures.
