Russell Fischer, Inc. in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist and deliver exceptional service in a busy car care center.

You will inspect vehicles pre-wash, guide through tunnel flow, upsell memberships, and maintain a clean, safe work area. The role offers full-time or part-time hours, in-person work, and performance-based bonuses to reward dedication.

Responsibilities

• Greet/assist customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Inspect vehicle and surrounding area pre-wash
• Guide vehicle safely into the tunnel entrance/tunnel flow management
• Occasional pre-wash of vehicle (spray down, scrub wheels)
• Frequent inspection of wash grounds and clean up to maintain a neat environment
• Frequent inspection of wash equipment/preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning
• Interact professionally with customers and team members
• Dry off vehicles and apply tire shine
• Educate customers on promotions and memberships
• Perform other duties as the wash requires

What you would do:
