Position Summary

The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations by supervising team members, ensuring operational standards are met, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role serves as a leader on duty and works closely with management to maintain performance, quality, and service standards.

Compensation

Pay Range: $14 per hour – $16 per hourActual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.This position is eligible for applicable minimum wage laws, and compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage requirements.
