The LEA Project Manager will serve as the local Project AWARE lead in Pulaski County Public Schools, coordinating the implementation of a five-year SAMHSA-funded initiative to strengthen school mental health systems.

Based primarily within Pulaski County, this position reports to the VCU Project AWARE Director and will work with school leadership, families, community partners, and behavioral health providers to build sustainable, comprehensive mental health support systems.

Key qualifications:

• Master's degree in education, counseling, psychology, social work, school administration, public health, or related field
• Minimum two years of experience working in K–12 education
• Experience coordinating school-based programs, projects, or initiatives
• Strong project coordination, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of K–12 school systems and ability to work effectively with school personnel, families, and community partners
