Mercy is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Labor & Delivery at Mercy South on the Day Shift, part-time. New grads and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply, with enticing incentives and comprehensive benefits from day one.

As an RN on Labor & Delivery, you will deliver patient-centered care, coordinate with the care team, and educate patients and families. BLS and RN licensure are required; relocation and sign-on bonuses are available.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or Compact license.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association; may be obtained within 30 days of hire.

RN Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Required Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program

Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or Compact RN License
• Must meet all applicable State Board of Nursing requirements

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• BLS may be obtained within 30 days of hire

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach, and perform direct patient care activities
