Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience or exposure in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management, or related functions is helpful.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Power BI knowledge is required; SAP knowledge is desirable.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transportation vessel pre-bookings and shipment planning to support on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with warehouses and transport providers to confirm shipment timing and provide updates.
  • Track arrivals at destination ports and share confirmations with teams.
  • Resolve transportation, documentation, and customs issues with Logistics.
  • Provide timely communication on order status, delivery schedules, delays, and corrective actions.
  • Develop Power BI and SAP reporting and operational summaries for management reviews.
  • Track distributor feedback for continuous improvement.

LDM CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST INTERN
MIAMI, FL

Seeking a talented and customer focused Supply Chain professional to join our LDM Customer Service team.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of customer service activities across the LDM region.

This position is responsible for helping drive customer service excellence through effective order management, supply chain coordination, transportation visibility and tracking, multiples follow-up, creating reporting and analytics, and proactive communication with both internal and external teams. This role requires close collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure the timely execution of business plans, accurate information flow, efficient shipments management, and superior customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, customer oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main focus:
  • Coordinate transportation vessel pre-bookings and shipment planning to support on-time delivery.
  • Work closely with warehouses, transportation providers, and internal teams to confirm shipment timing and provide regular updates.
  • Track arrivals at destination ports with Transportation and share confirmations.
  • Collaborate with Logistics to resolve transportation, documentation, and customs related issues.
  • Provide timely and professional communication concerning order status, delivery schedules, delays, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Power BI and SAP Reporting, operational summaries, and supporting information for management and cross-functional reviews.
  • Distributor Feedback evaluation tracking

QUALIFICATIONS

We’d love to see candidates who have:

Essential:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Helpful to have Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management, Demand Planning, or a related function.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy in all tasks and reporting.
  • Power BI knowledge is required
  • SAP knowledge desiable
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data-quality capabilities.
  • Fluent English and Spanish
