Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an LDAR Technician to identify and document fugitive emissions at client sites. You will use TVAs and OGI equipment to monitor leaks, tag components, and support repairs in refineries and chemical plants.

The role requires physical stamina, DOT/EPA knowledge, and the ability to travel to remote sites. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered, with a schedule Mondays through Thursdays and OT as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• TWIC card required or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, EPA waste codes, manifesting and LDR preferred.
• Strong mechanical ability and safety-conscious approach.
• Ability to wear protective equipment and work in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety is the priority and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform field inspections of valves, connectors, pumps, and tanks to detect VOC leaks.
• Operate and calibrate analyzers (FID) and maintain equipment.
• Record inspection data and tag leaking components in LeakDAS/GuideWare/SkyBridge.
• Coordinate with maintenance to report leaks and verify repairs.
• Work at industrial sites, potentially traveling to remote locations, and be available for all shifts.
