Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an LDAR Technician to identify, document, and tag fugitive emissions at a customer site. You will operate VOC monitoring equipment, record data, and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs while upholding safety standards.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work in demanding industrial environments, and travel to remote sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• TWIC credential required for site access.
• Experience with confined spaces and OSHA training preferred.
• Ability to work safely in industrial environments and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to travel to remote refinery/chemical/oil & gas sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of valves, connectors, pumps, and tanks to detect VOC leaks.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain analyzers (FID) and related monitoring equipment.
• Record inspection data and tag leaking components in databases.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to report leaks and verify repairs.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and site safety protocols.
