Job summary

Alliance is seeking an experienced LDAR Site Supervisor in Canton, OH to lead a dedicated team at a major project site. You will manage LDAR operations, ensure SOP and safety compliance, and deliver timely regulatory reporting while maintaining data integrity across the LDAR system.

The role requires strong leadership, robust knowledge of LDAR programs, and the ability to recruit, onboard, and mentor staff. Competitive pay with annual bonuses and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Proficient with LDAR data management programs and basic Office tools.
• Proven leadership to guide a site team and coordinate tasks.
• Knowledge of safety management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze compliance issues and determine root causes.
• Ability to read P&IDs and understand process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site LDAR operations and ensure SOP adherence.
• Oversee safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Generate and distribute inspection progress reports.
• Perform QA/QC activities per SOP schedule.
• Manage LDAR data and regulatory reporting.
• Recruit and onboard new hires and provide coaching.
• Ensure calibration procedures meet EPA Method 21 standards.
• Maintain site equipment inventory and procure supplies.
