Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Experienced Level Monitoring Technician to manage a LDAR site in Gambrinus, OH. This supervisory role offers competitive pay, annual bonuses, 401K match, PTO and robust benefits.

Expect a starting range of $27–$32 per hour with potential relocation assistance. The candidate will oversee LDAR operations, lead the team, ensure regulatory compliance, generate reports, and drive safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LDAR data management and reporting.
• Experience leading site teams and coordinating with client stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of SOPs and Health & Safety Management System.
• Ability to interpret LDAR regulations and apply updates.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce SOP and Health & Safety Management System on site.
• Act as site safety ambassador and lead weekly safety meetings.
• Generate inspection progress reports and distribute to distribution lists.
• Perform QA/QC activities on schedule.
• Maintain LDAR data management system integrity and security.
• Ensure compliance with inventorying, monitoring, repair and reinspection requirements.
• Prepare reports to measure productivity and schedule adherence.
• Lead new hire onboarding and training.
• Ensure accuracy of EPA Method 21 calibration procedures.
• Manage on-site inventory and purchasing of supplies.
