Alliance Technical Group is seeking a site LDAR Program Manager to direct operations of a project site's LDAR program in Midland/Odessa, Texas. You will prioritize work, lead a team, address staffing and regulatory reporting, and ensure compliance with SOPs, EPA Method 21, and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with LDAR data management programs and Microsoft Office.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities for a multi-level team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LDAR program operations and prioritize work assignments.
• Lead site safety initiatives, conduct weekly safety meetings, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Generate and distribute inspection progress reports to stakeholders.
• Perform QA/QC activities and maintain data integrity in the LDAR system.
• Investigate compliance issues and determine root causes before escalation.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire training.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and on-site materials; manage preventative maintenance.
• Ensure timely inspections and adherence to regulatory reporting requirements.
