Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead a field team out of Joliet, IL, overseeing LDAR and safety compliance. The role requires coordinating trainings, ensuring site certifications, and maintaining equipment and documentation for calibration and testing.

The position offers 12-hour shifts on days, with compensation aligned to experience. Experience in Oil & Gas and LDAR knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil and Gas preferred, with LDAR exposure.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to field sites.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of field compliance regarding the LDAR program and safety program.
• Promote a positive work/team environment.
• Lead weekly safety toolbox talks.
• Manage PPE, supplies and equipment for field personnel.
• Assist with calibration/precision/response time tests of monitoring instruments.
• Prepare field reports as required.
