Active Learning Centers is seeking enthusiastic teachers to join our family-owned childcare team. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time Teacher positions across Emmaus, Trexlertown, Fogelsville, Bethlehem and Palmer, with competitive pay and a collaborative work environment.

As a teacher, you’ll design engaging activities, support social development, ensure safety and cleanliness, and communicate with parents. Requirements include enrollment in the LCTI program and clear background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, engaging programs for students.
• Use a variety of educational techniques, including storytelling, play.
• Observe and support each child’s social development and self-esteem.
• Foster interaction and collaboration among children.
• Guide children’s artistic and practical skills through a thoughtfully crafted curriculum.
• Provide routine care, including meals, snacks, diapering, and potty training.
• Plan and supervise daily outdoor and gross motor play.
• Communicate regularly with parents and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with fellow educators to maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
