Children's Choice Learning Center in Fresno, TX is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing classroom and engaging children in learning through developmentally appropriate activities.

You will communicate with families, maintain lesson plans, and participate in professional development while supporting children from Infants through Pre-K. This part-time morning schedule emphasizes dependable, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must have prior childcare experience at a licensed center.
• Passion for teaching and love for children.
• Dependability and reliability are essential.
• Schedule is 6:30 am to 12:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
• Communicate with families, including daily activity reports.
• Maintain a tidy and organized classroom.
• Attend professional development.
• Develop and post lesson plans.
• Adapt the program to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Develop an appropriate classroom management system to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.
• Potty train children.
• Provide a variety of developmentally appropriate materials.
• Interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
• Create a multicultural learning environment.
• Cross-training in all programs, Infant through Pre-K.
