Qualifications

• Master’s degree and current Indiana license required.
• At least 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, residential treatment preferred.

• Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

• Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR.
• Knowledge of best practices in behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provision of individual, group, and family therapy.
• Timely and complete medical record documentation.
• Bio-psychosocial Assessment.
• Master treatment plan and discharge planning
• Participation in UR concurrent reviews as necessary
• Participation in Family Program, if needed
• Participation in Clinical On-call Rotation
• Participation in Multi-disciplinary treatment team
• Provision of in-service education for staff as requested
• Participation in Peer Review process
• Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and CARF accreditation regulations and standards
