Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Timely and complete medical record documentation.
• Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments.

• Participate in Utilization Review concurrent reviews as necessary.
• Participate in Family Program when needed.
• Participate in Clinical On-call Rotation.
• Be part of the multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Provide in-service education for staff as requested.
• Engage in Peer Review processes.

Primary Purpose and Function

Candidates must be trained in anxiety and mood disorders and provide individual, group, and family therapies. Experience in DBT, EMDR, Trauma, CBT and MI are highly desirable. Therapists will treat a selected caseload of female and male clients suffering from substance abuse and behavioral health issues. These clinicians must be able to perform bio-psychosocial assessments and participate in multi-disciplinary treatment and discharge planning for clients. Close communication with family members and referents is also required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree & Current Indiana license or license eligible (LCAC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LAC, LMHC-A, LSW, MSW)
• At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred
