Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) in West Springfield, MA seeks a full-time LCSW Supervisor for our In Home Therapy & Therapeutic Mentoring programs. You will supervise Bachelor’s level TT&S staff and Therapeutic Mentors, ensure licensing compliance, and build collaborations with clinicians and referral partners.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The role includes a small caseload to maintain clinical hours, with LICSW supervision toward independent licensure, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• MSW degree with established LCSW in Massachusetts.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children and families preferred.
• Approved driving record check and CORI background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision and consultation to Bachelor’s level staff.
• Ensure program compliance with documentation and licensing requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clinicians, state agencies, schools, and referral sources.
• Conduct annual evaluations and coordinate in-service training; supervise interns.
• Maintain a small caseload to continue clinical hours toward licensure; receive LICSW supervision.
