Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) in Springfield, MA seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership to our Pine Street outpatient clinic. You will supervise master's-level and licensed clinicians, second-year interns, and maintain community relationships.

The role delivers regular clinical supervision, ensures adherence to best practices and funder requirements, and helps with chart reviews, documentation oversite, data reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• LICSW required.
• Degree in behavioral health.
• Understanding of evidence based practices (MI, DBT, CBT, ACRA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to master’s-level and licensed clinicians, as well as second-year interns.
• Maintain community relationships and collaborate across disciplines.
• Deliver regular clinical supervision and ensure adherence to best practices and funder requirements.
• Assist with chart reviews, documentation oversite, data reporting, and quality improvement efforts.
