Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing in Hawaii, or ability to obtain before start date.
• Demonstrated competence in individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Experience administering and interpreting mental health screening tools.
• Strong clinical interviewing, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Diagnose behavioral and mental health disorders per DSM-5-TR and use evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, etc).
• Develop, implement, and document treatment and discharge plans with clients.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary providers and refer to specialists as needed.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and billing/reporting.
