Job summary

Parents And Children Together in Kapolei, Hawaii, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor / Therapist with a flexible work environment. Lead clinical staff, oversee assessments, plan care, and coordinate services for families in our program.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a human services field and supervisory experience; a strong background in trauma-informed practice and DHS collaboration is essential. We offer a competitive benefits package and a mission‑driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a human services field from an accredited institution; and a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
• Experience needed in working with parents/caretakers who harmed their children or threatened their children with harm and children who experienced harm or were threatened with harm and experienced trauma and loss.
• Proven supervisory experience shall include, but not limited to, individual staff, volunteer, and program effectiveness, and outcome measures highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical supervision to Clinical Therapists and assume all responsibilities of a supervisor with staff who report directly to this position, including on-call 24/7.
• Ensure program operations align with funders' standards, state law, and agency policies; monitor service quality and data accuracy.
• Complete service assessments and develop Family Centered Case Plans with the DHS and families; conduct screens, assessments, and counseling for up to 12 months.
• Ensure service activities support goals and are trauma-informed; promote protective factors.
• Maintain effective relationships with funders, state agencies, and other providers.
• Coordinate care and services with the DHS Family Service Plan and monitor completion.
• Participate in required training, supervision, and consultation.
