Job summary

Parents And Children Together seeks a Clinical Supervisor / Therapist in Oahu to lead clinical therapists, oversee service delivery, and coordinate with DHS and partners. This role requires a Master’s in social work or psychology and at least two years of relevant supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a human services field from an accredited institution; And a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
• Experience working with parents/caretakers who harmed their children or traumatized children and experienced loss.
• Proven supervisory experience with staff, volunteers, and program effectiveness is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical supervision to Clinical Therapists and supervise staff on-call 24/7 to support staff and clients.
• Ensure program operations align with funder standards, state law, and agency policies; monitor data entry, forms, and assessments.
• Complete service assessments and develop Family Centered Case Plans with DHS and families; conduct screens and counseling.
• Ensure activities support short and long-term goals, using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain relationships with funders, collaborators, and state agencies; coordinate care with DHS Family Service Plan.
• Attend required training, supervision, and consultation as part of ongoing professional development.
• Support and supervise performance measurement and quality improvement initiatives.
• Travel as needed to deliver services and coordinate across sites.
