Job summary

Myrtle Recovery Centers, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, on-site role in Oneida, Tennessee.

You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, complete psychosocial assessments, and create person-centered treatment plans for clients with substance use, behavioral, and mental health needs. You will coordinate care with medical and clinical staff, monitor progress, ensure documentation compliance, and participate in interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Social Work and Medical Social Work and ability to provide clinical services in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Experience in Case Management, including care coordination, resource linkage, and discharge planning.
• Expertise in Mental Health and Behavioral Health, with co-occurring disorders experience.
• Active LCSW license in Tennessee or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency with timely clinical documentation and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients with substance use, behavioral, and mental health needs.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with medical and clinical staff and monitor client progress.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and crisis intervention when needed.
