Required are a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and Tennessee licensure eligibility (LCSW/LMSW, LPC/MHSP or LMFT), plus strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive substance use and behavioral health intake assessments.
• Assess withdrawal risk and determine appropriate level of care.
• Complete enrollment documentation and scheduling.
• Coordinate with primary care providers and outside specialists.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EHR.
