Job summary

Myrtle Recovery Centers, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, on-site role in Oneida, Tennessee.

You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, complete psychosocial assessments, and create person-centered treatment plans for clients with substance use, behavioral, and mental health needs. Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Social Work and Medical Social Work and ability to provide clinical services in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Experience in Case Management, including care coordination, resource linkage, and discharge planning.
• Expertise in Mental Health and Behavioral Health, with co-occurring disorders experience.
• Active LCSW license in Tennessee or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency with timely clinical documentation and electronic health records.

Role Description The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Myrtle Recovery Centers is a full-time, on-site role based in Oneida, TN. This professional provides individual, group, and family therapy, conducts psychosocial assessments, and develops person-centered treatment plans for clients with substance use, behavioral, and mental health needs. Daily tasks include coordinating care with medical and clinical staff, monitoring client progress, updating documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings. The LCSW also offers crisis intervention, advocacy, and discharge planning, while contributing to a supportive, recovery-focused environment for clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
